Overall, I walked away with the impression that this is not a company driven by civic responsibility or genuine care for neighborhoods, but rather by opportunistic investment practices. I would strongly encourage others to do their own research, ask hard questions, and proceed with caution before engaging with them.”

“As with all all cash Investors, they try to squeeze everything out of you, they scared the hell out of my neighbor's by having 20-30 roaming through my house before closing, and tried to stiff me on property taxes, but, the house is a dump, it's still sitting there vacant, and I pray it sits all winter....I believe I got the best of the deal, the values are dropping fast, and they will never make much of a profit, if any. Personally, I wouldn't do it with them again, get a Realtor, even if the house is in bad shape, a Realtor will get you more.”
