“I’m leaving 2 stars because my experience with Diamond Equity Investments was mixed. I want to start with the positive. Sebastian was professional throughout the process of selling my home, and I genuinely appreciate the help he provided during what was a difficult situation for me. Diamond Equity Investments ultimately purchased my property, and I was grateful to be able to complete the sale. I have no problem giving credit where it’s due, and my interactions with Sebastian during the actual transaction were positive. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been very different. I sold the property in November 2025, and recently I needed documentation confirming the sale and closing date so I could provide it to my former homeowners insurance company, GEICO. My insurance policy had continued after I no longer owned the property and eventually renewed in August 2026. GEICO needed documentation showing when I sold the home so the situation could be corrected and any applicable reimbursement could be determined. I reached out to Sebastian, Erica Norton, and another person associated with Diamond Equity Investments requesting assistance with obtaining the necessary closing documentation. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. This was disappointing, especially considering that I was a former client simply trying to obtain records related to a transaction their company handled. There was also an earlier situation where Sebastian had mentioned that if I ever needed help finding construction work, I could reach out to him. Months later I did, and although he initially responded, I never received a definite answer or follow-up. I understand that circumstances change and nobody owes me employment, so that alone would not have affected my review. I mention it because, combined with my more recent experience, communication and follow-through seem to be areas that could be improved. I’m not writing this review out of anger, nor am I saying my entire experience was negative. Sebastian treated me professionally during the home sale, and I remain appreciative of the help I received at that time. I even also agreed to provide them with a video testimonial but it never happened. However, I also believe customer service should continue when a former client has a legitimate question or needs documentation from a completed transaction. If the post-closing communication had matched the professionalism I experienced during the sale itself, my rating would have been considerably higher. I hope Diamond Equity Investments improves its follow-up with former clients, because sometimes something as simple as responding to an email and helping someone locate their closing documents can make a major difference.”
“My experience with Diamond Equity Investments was excellent. I was about to lose my home due to property taxes and was in a bind. It was my hope to sell my home before I lost it, while walking away with as much money as I could. Due to my circumstances, I knew that any offer I received would not be worth the full value of my home. However, most other buyers were trying to take advantage of my precarious situation. Diamond Equity Investments did not due that. They were respectful and fair from the first moment of contact. They thoroughly laid out the entire process--including the numbers and even offered assistance with moving companies for me. It was tough leaving my home of 20 years, but knowing that I could just leave with what I needed/wanted while leaving the rest, eased the entire ordeal. Diamond Equity Investments treated me with such care, that I don't regret selling to them. While I hope to never be in such a position again, I would not hesitate to call them to sell if I had to. I highly recommend them!”

“Scam company will quote you one thing and then turn around and keep dropping the offer lower and lower and lower until it is just offensive. I paid $20,000 for my house. They said 16 K then turned around and said 10 K and then turned around and said $2500 this is an unprofessional and disgusting company Sent me a text to tell me what a hassle it would be to just board my house up and how much money that could potentially cost me and how they’re basically doing me a favor by taking it off my hands for a disgustingly low offer. definitely would find anyone else, but this company.”

“I made one mistake regarding this company — visiting their website. Since that one visit, they have literally added me to their USPS mailing list from my IP address and continue to harass me with endless text messages and phone calls. I have blocked their numbers and spoken to two different representatives, clearly requesting that they leave me alone, yet the harassment still continues. At this point, I am completely fed up. Extremely frustrating, invasive, and totally unprofessional. LEAVE ME ALONE.”
